The Shakti Electronics & Control Plant in Pithampur, Sector-3, Dhar District, Madhya Pradesh, is Shakti Pumps' specialized power electronics manufacturing and R&D facility inaugurated on 7th July 2018. The facility manufactures indigenous variable frequency drives (VFDs), hybrid inverters, smart motor starters, and IoT telemetry systems, combining automated SMT assembly, conformal polymeric coating, and rigorous automated testing in compliance with IPC-A-610 standards.

- Two automated Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines placing up to 99,000 components per hour.
- Micro-component placement precision handling components from 0402 (01005) packages to large SMT ICs.
- Through-hole component assembly (THT) flow soldering performed to IPC-A-610 international soldering standards.
- Encapsulation and automated conformal polymeric coating (10 to 210 micrometers) protecting PCBs from moisture, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes.
- Comprehensive PCB functional test equipment and dedicated engineering test benches validating 100 percent of production batches.
